Key Deliverables
- Identifying and finalizing new outlets, and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run these outlets profitably.
- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.
- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies.
- Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring 2-3 Years of Sales and Business Development.
- Awareness of the start-up ecosystem and the unique challenges that it entails.
- Post-Graduate in Marketing Management
- Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local area and language.
- Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate
- Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role.
Qualification :
- Post-Graduate in Marketing Management/Retail Management/Operations Management/Hotel Management.
- Additional certifications and training programs are preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements :
- A minimum experience of 1-2 years is required.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have negotiation and Cross-functional skills.
- Experience in Ecommerce/Startup companies is preferable.
- Driving should be known and owning a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given preference
