Lead the entire end to end category management for Footwear
Duties and responsibilities
- Define Business Strategy and draw the overall growth strategy in terms of business customer enablers across channels
- Work closely across cross-functional teams to identify and work on issues opportunities across business enabling it for teams below
- Liaise across senior stakeholders and partners to draft long term business strategies and review short term performance
- Help create destination selection for the Footwear and Accessories categories and align with key stakeholders
- Internally lead the thought and direction of the category across the selection, customer, competition, trends, channels, etc
- End to end business owner across categories with a rich understanding of levers of driving profitability
- Good hands-on understanding of inventory planning and optimization
- Drive optimization across pricing, funnel metrics, and other enablers to successfully lead category PLs
Skills Qualification Requirement
- 2-3 years of the total; Minimum 1+ years experience in e-commerce/ related fields
- Ideally must have worked leading multiple categories, key account management, negotiations, drafting category management strategies for high growth
- Effective communication skills
