1K Kirana Bazaar - Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a self-motivated Graphic Designer to work for the growing Private Label of FMCG products under 1K Kirana Bazar. We need you to understand the urban as well as the Tier 2-3-4 markets of India and develop graphical communication for them on our various social media and communication channels.
Requirements :
- Taking design briefs to understand requirements
- Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts
- Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
- Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions
- Good to have video editing skills and basic animation techniques
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Understanding of social media and various collateral requirements
- Proficiency with required graphic editing software and tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro or related software
- A strong eye for visual composition and aesthetics
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field will be preferred
- 1-3 years of Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio into Social Media Marketing
- Understanding of social media marketing, production, brand identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
