Key Mandatory Skills:

- Moderate to high Excel skills

- Being a heady mixture of left and right brained
- Patient and persistent with long sales cycles
- Prolific reader of publications from the Big 4s, business dailies et al.
- Understanding of world and Indian economy
- Understanding of macro factors that affect businesses
What will be your Key Results Areas (KRAs)?
- Ensure monthly revenue targets are met
- Ensure pipeline for various stages of closures at in accordance to the set conversion percentages
- Research heavily into business and sectors of the clients on board of 1702
- Build a knowledge management support to 1702
- Procure and scrap new sector specific databases for reach-outs
- Streamline existing databases for retargeting
- Manage LinkedIn as a channel for outbound relationship management
- Be responsible for updating the media and credentials decks with VP Sales & Marketing
- Overall strategic inputs of digital outreach
