123stores.com - Customer Experience Specialist (1-4 yrs)
- Professionally and courteously respond to all customer emails/cases/calls within set benchmarks to provide great customer experience.
- Liaise with Brand suppliers/partners, vendors if required to expedite the queries/returns management process.
- Ensure minimum market place escalation and negative/neutral feedbacks post working on the threads.
- To improve TAT/Lag time in responding to customers and ensure that customers are responded to in timely intervals.
- To ensure the best financial decision is taken on a customer case and memos are created on time and updated correctly.
- Comply with SOP's, while addressing a customer case.
- Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.

Work Hours:
5:30pm to 3:30am
6:30pm to 4:30am
7:30pm to 5:30am

QUALIFICATIONS
