- Customer Relationship Manager (1-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products or services when they arise
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep abreast of product and service information and promotions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
